SHIPPING:

Arstydancewear.com is a webstore business run independently from our retail store business Artsy Dancewear located at 31806 Us Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL.  Returns/exchanges, store credits, gift certificates, and gift vouchers are NOT interchangeable between these businesses.

Basic shipping and handling by USPS or UPS Ground will be FREE to the customer and paid by Artsy Dancewear for non-local internet purchases totalling $40.00 (US Dollars) or more.  Non-local purchases are determined as those having a delivery address of 50 miles or greater from the Artsy Dancewear store location, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684 area code.  Method of shipping is determined by Artsy Dancewear, unless paid for by the customer under special shipping request  (ie: Express Shipping, etc.)  Estimated arrival is between 5-10 days of order confirmation.

We do NOT ship outside of the continental United States region. 

For any purchases or delivery outside of these conditions, the customer will be charged a $5.00 shipping / handling fee per order.

Express Shipping is available upon request.  Due to the timely nature of these requests and our daily fluctating stock levels, they are handled personally and on an individual basis.  Please state this request in the Comment box of your order, and you will be contacted by our next business day. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

All returns must be made within 60 days of shipment.  Returns over 60 days will be "Refused" upon delivery.

All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer for returns/exchanges...NO EXCEPTIONS.

All refunds are for merchandise or merchandise credit only, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

All exchanges will be treated as purchases, with shipping conditions based on terms listed above.  In the event the exchanged item(s) does not equal $40.00 or greater in value, shipping charges will be determined based on these terms.

Return items NOT accepted:

Product Types: All undergarments, tights, books, videos, DVDs, hair and foot care items including toe pads etc.  

Product Condition: - All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with tags attached.
- Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Shoes must not be worn, and should be returned in original undamaged shoe boxes.
- Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Do not tape and label shoe box or leotard, etc. and send it via U.S. mail; the package can be damaged and the product will not be accepted for return as resalable.
